인간의 교만함과 오만을 경계

18. Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
주께서 내 눈을 여사 주의 법에서 나오는 놀라운 것들을 내가 보게 하소서.
25. DALETH. My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.
(딸레트) 내 혼이 진토에 붙었사오니 주의 말씀에 따라 주께서 나를 살리소서.
36. Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.
내 마음을 주의 증언들로 향하게 하시고 탐욕으로 향하지 말게 하소서.
37. Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; [and] quicken thou me in thy way.
내 눈을 돌이켜 허탄한 것을 보지 말게 하시며 주께서 주의 길에서 나를 살리소서.
1. ALEPH. Blessed [are] the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.
(알레프) {주}의 법 안에서 걸으며 그 길에서 더럽혀지지 아니한 자들은 복이 있도다.
2. Blessed [are] they that keep his testimonies, [and that] seek him with the whole heart.
그분의 증언들을 지키고 온 마음으로 그분을 찾는 자들은 복이 있나니
Psalms 119장
1. ALEPH. Blessed [are] the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.
(알레프) {주}의 법 안에서 걸으며 그 길에서 더럽혀지지 아니한 자들은 복이 있도다.
2. Blessed [are] they that keep his testimonies, [and that] seek him with the whole heart.
그분의 증언들을 지키고 온 마음으로 그분을 찾는 자들은 복이 있나니
3. They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.
그들은 또한 불법을 행하지 아니하고 그분의 길들로 걷는도다.
4. Thou hast commanded [us] to keep thy precepts diligently.
주께서 우리에게 명령하사 부지런히 주의 훈계들을 지키게 하셨사오니
5. O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!
오 내 길들을 인도하사 주의 법규들을 지키게 하소서!
6. Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.
그러면 내가 주의 모든 명령에 관심을 기울일 때에 부끄럼을 당하지 아니하리이다.
7. I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.
내가 주의 의로운 판단들을 배울 때에 올바른 마음으로 주를 찬양하리이다.
8. I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.
내가 주의 법규들을 지키오리니 오 나를 아주 버리지 마옵소서.
9. BETH. Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed [thereto] according to thy word.
(뻬트) 청년이 무엇으로 자기 길을 깨끗하게 하리이까? 주의 말씀에 따라 자기 길을 조심함으로 하리이다.
10. With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
내가 온 마음으로 주를 찾았사오니 오 주의 명령들에서 떠나 방황하지 않게 하소서.
11. Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
내가 주께 죄를 짓지 아니하려고 주의 말씀을 내 마음속에 숨겼나이다.
12. Blessed [art] thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.
오 찬송을 받으실 {주}여, 주의 법규들을 내게 가르치소서.
13. With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
내가 주의 입의 모든 판단들을 내 입술로 밝히 드러내었으며
14. I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as [much as] in all riches.
모든 재물을 기뻐하는 것 같이 주의 증언들의 길을 기뻐하였나이다.
15. I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.
내가 주의 훈계들을 묵상하고 주의 길들에 관심을 기울이며
16. I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.
내 자신이 주의 법규들을 기뻐하고 주의 말씀을 잊지 아니하리이다.
17. GIMEL. Deal bountifully with thy servant, [that] I may live, and keep thy word.
(끼멜) 주의 종을 후대하소서. 그리하시면 내가 살아서 주의 말씀을 지키리이다.
18. Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
주께서 내 눈을 여사 주의 법에서 나오는 놀라운 것들을 내가 보게 하소서.
19. I [am] a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.
나는 땅에서 나그네이오니 주의 명령들을 내게 숨기지 마소서.
20. My soul breaketh for the longing [that it hath] unto thy judgments at all times.
내 혼이 언제나 주의 판단들을 사모하며 그 사모함으로 인하여 상하나이다.
21. Thou hast rebuked the proud [that are] cursed, which do err from thy commandments.
저주받은 교만한 자들 곧 주의 명령들을 떠나 잘못하는 자들을 주께서 꾸짖으셨나이다.
22. Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept thy testimonies.
내가 주의 증언들을 지켰사오니 모욕과 멸시를 내게서 제거하소서.
23. Princes also did sit [and] speak against me: [but] thy servant did meditate in thy statutes.
통치자들도 앉아서 나를 비방하였사오나 주의 종은 주의 법규들을 묵상하였나이다.
24. Thy testimonies also [are] my delight [and] my counsellors.
주의 증언들은 또한 나의 기쁨이요, 나의 조언자이니이다.
25. DALETH. My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.
(딸레트) 내 혼이 진토에 붙었사오니 주의 말씀에 따라 주께서 나를 살리소서.
26. I have declared my ways, and thou heardest me: teach me thy statutes.
내가 내 길들을 밝히 보이매 주께서 내 말을 들으셨사오니 내게 주의 법규들을 가르치소서.
27. Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works.
나로 하여금 주의 훈계들의 길을 깨닫게 하소서. 그리하시면 내가 주의 놀라운 일들을 이야기하리이다.
28. My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy word.
내 혼이 근심으로 인하여 녹사오니 주께서 주의 말씀에 따라 나를 강하게 하소서.
29. Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me thy law graciously.
속이는 길을 내게서 제거하시고 주의 법을 내게 은혜로이 베푸소서.
30. I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid [before me].
내가 진리의 길을 택하고 주의 판단들을 내 앞에 두었나이다.
31. I have stuck unto thy testimonies: O LORD, put me not to shame.
내가 주의 증언들을 굳게 지켰사오니, 오 {주}여, 내가 수치를 당하지 않게 하소서.
32. I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart.
주께서 내 마음을 넓히시오면 내가 주의 명령들의 길로 달려가리이다.
33. HE. Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it [unto] the end.
(헤) 오 {주}여, 주의 법규들의 길을 내게 가르치소서. 내가 끝까지 그 길을 지키리이다.
34. Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with [my] whole heart.
내게 명철을 주소서. 내가 주의 법을 지키리니 참으로 내 온 마음으로 그것을 준수하리이다.
35. Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.
나로 하여금 주의 명령들의 길로 들어가게 하소서. 내가 그것을 기뻐하나이다.
36. Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.
내 마음을 주의 증언들로 향하게 하시고 탐욕으로 향하지 말게 하소서.
37. Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; [and] quicken thou me in thy way.
내 눈을 돌이켜 허탄한 것을 보지 말게 하시며 주께서 주의 길에서 나를 살리소서.
38. Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who [is devoted] to thy fear.
주의 종이 전적으로 주를 두려워하오니 주의 말씀을 주의 종에게 굳게 세우소서.
39. Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments [are] good.
주의 판단들은 선하오니 내가 두려워하는 것 즉 나에 대한 모욕이 나를 떠나게 하소서.
40. Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousness.
보소서, 내가 주의 훈계들을 사모하였사오니 주의 의 안에서 나를 살리소서.
41. VAU. Let thy mercies come also unto me, O LORD, [even] thy salvation, according to thy word.
(봐브) 오 {주}여, 주의 말씀에 따라 주의 긍휼과 심지어 주의 구원이 내게도 임하게 하소서.
42. So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word.
그리하시면 내가 나를 모욕하는 자에게 그것으로 대답하리니 나는 주의 말씀을 신뢰하나이다.
43. And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments.
내가 주의 판단들에 소망을 두었사오니 진리의 말씀을 내 입에서 아주 빼내지 마소서.
44. So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.
그리하시면 내가 주의 법을 계속해서 영원무궁토록 지키리이다.
45. And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.
또 내가 주의 훈계들을 구하므로 자유로이 걸어가고
46. I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.
왕들 앞에서도 주의 증언들을 말하며 부끄러워하지 아니하고
47. And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved.
내가 지금까지 사랑한 주의 명령들을 스스로 즐거워하며
48. My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes.
또 내가 지금까지 사랑한 주의 명령들을 향하여 내 손을 들고 주의 법규들을 묵상하리이다.
49. ZAIN. Remember the word unto thy servant, upon which thou hast caused me to hope.
(자인) 주의 종에게 하신 말씀을 기억하소서. 주께서 나로 하여금 그 위에 소망을 두게 하셨나이다.
50. This [is] my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me.
나의 고난 중에 이것이 내 위로가 되었사오니 주의 말씀이 나를 살리셨나이다.
51. The proud have had me greatly in derision: [yet] have I not declined from thy law.
교만한 자들이 나를 크게 조롱하였어도 나는 여전히 주의 법을 떠나지 아니하였나이다.
52. I remembered thy judgments of old, O LORD; and have comforted myself.
오 {주}여, 내가 옛적에 주께서 행하신 판단들을 기억하고 내 자신을 위로하였나이다.
53. Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake thy law.
주의 법을 버리는 사악한 자들로 인하여 공포가 나를 사로잡았사오나
54. Thy statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage.
주의 법규들이 나의 순례하는 집에서 나의 노래가 되었나이다.
55. I have remembered thy name, O LORD, in the night, and have kept thy law.
오 {주}여, 내가 밤에 주의 이름을 기억하고 주의 법을 지켰나이다.
56. This I had, because I kept thy precepts.
내가 주의 훈계들을 지켰으므로 이것을 소유하였나이다.
